[[lol Jack needs an Ice King to chill with. XD]]

"So the world is ending. . .today?" Jack asked pointing at Petunia who had recently come out of her molting phase and was now sporting fabulous white and blue feathers. The little fairy nodded her head chirping and pointing out the icy window. Jack had recently built a home in the coldest regions of Earth and poor little Petunia had been having a hard time adjusting especially when she had begun molting.

She had looked like a flying rat, it had been both hilarious and sad to Jack, but he left that bottled up inside. He glanced out the window as well and blinked, it looked perfectly normal outside.
"So who said it was going to end?" Jack asked her rolling onto his side and resting his cheek against the palm of his pale hand regarding the small fairy with skepticism. In the Bible it had said that no man could predict the end of the world, so why was everyone buying into this BS?

Petunia chirped and hid within Jack's pocket. The teen sat up and rolled his eyes. "Hey don't be scared little gal, I'll keep you safe no matter what." Jack promised and laughed at the delighted squeal he heard in response. He smiled softly and glanced outside once again and his eyes widened. The temperature and risen dramatically within a short moment.
Jack only knew one guy who could do that.
"Damn Heat Miser." Jack cursed reaching over to grab his staff and kicked open his front door only to find the fiery spirit hugging himself shivering slightly. His blazing yellow eyes lifted when he heard the door open and he smirked smugly at Jack.
Heat Miser's hair was a living blue flame while the rest of him was tainted a reddish yellow.

"What do you want?" Jack asked but he screamed loudly when a hot fire ball grazed his cheek. The winter spirit touched his slightly burned skin and his blue eyes raised only catching the laughing fire spirit's back as he fled. The snow and ice around Jack began to drip forming water.

It soon stopped everything around him turning into pure ice even the snow littering the mountains. His eyes blazed an glorious white and he bared his teeth before shooting after Heat Miser.
Petunia had freed herself from his pocket unused to this kind of changed in weather. Jack had told her to flee which the little fairy reluctantly did going off to find you.

After a long day you had been returning home because of the hectic weather, it seemed like it would be freezing cold and the next overwhelmingly hot but the majority of the weather was just warm. As you moved to enter your home you were smacked upside the head by a wildly chirping Petunia who looked like she was on the brink of tears.

"What is it?" you asked surprised to see the white and blue fairy. She continued crying and chirping before her feathers ruffled up in irritation. She dove down into the remaining snow and began writing with her tiny hand.

Jack is having a fight with Heat Miser.
You have to stop him!

She looked up at you with wide now sky blue eyes and you looked down at the message with your hand placed over your mouth. You wanted to help Jack was your friend [or you were concerned that a fight between the elements would be the cause of the end of the world.]
What could you do though?

You lifted your head and watched in shocked amazement as dark clouds rolled in with unnatural quickness and rain began pouring instead of snow. As the liquid neared the ground it turned into snow. Petunia wailed and flew around in frantic circles.

Some clouds cleared and you spotted the white haired spirit falling from the sky appearing to be unconscious. That moment seemed to go in slow motion as you watched helplessly as the winter spirit fell head first into the ground and rolled across the pavement.

"Jack!" you shouted running over frantically pulling the now warm spirit into your arms. Warm?

Jack's skin was slightly tanned and yes he was emitting heat instead of his natural cold, this was more alarming to you then anything else. Jack's eyes cracked revealing murky blacks instead of his bright blues. You wanted to scream from this, it wasn't natural - nothing about this situation was natural.

"This is what being warm feels like huh? It's gross." Jack said pulling away from you but you frantically tried pulling him back. He yanked away giving you a glare that was uncommon from Jack.
The winter spirit wobbled about falling into a pile of snow. Petunia moved to go to Jack but you held her back watching for what seemed like hours until the pile of snow began morphing into ice.

Jack broke out coughing with his skin tone back to normal but his eyes were still that ominous black.

[[I feel bad for doing this to Jack. :saddummy:]]
